Come join us.   * Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred. * English- mother tongue * 5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. * Proven track record of driving results and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. * Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems into execution plans * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. * Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and other relevant technology platforms. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness of our organization. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of HiBob  You will play a critical role in coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams, managing high-priority projects, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.   Responsibilities:  * Provide strategic support to the executive team, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports which *capture decisions, commitments, and action items with precision *  Drive progress on initiatives that span cross - functional teams ensuring clarity, momentum, and delivery * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability * Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making * Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing and implementing process improvements * Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on various business matters * Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events as required * Prepare internal and external messaging (board materials, all-hands, investor updates) * Act as a connective layer across the organization to improve coordination and execution on strategic priorities HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
