Technique Solaire is a French Independent Power Producer (IPP) of renewable energies founded in 2008. The group has a turnover of €240 million in 2024 and employs more than 260 people globally. We are experts in developing, financing, building and operating solar & biogas projects. The group has 1 GW of solar capacity, either operational or under construction worldwide, with a target to reach 4GW as of 2030. The group also operates 4 biogas production units in France. The company expanded internationally in India (2014), the Netherlands (2018) and Spain (2022). Today the team in India is composed of 25 people and receives strong support from the headquarters. We have more than 330MW of solar projects under operation/acquisition and we are actively acquiring/developing more projects with a total pipeline of over 300 MW. Our target is to have 1 GW of operational projects in the country by the end of 2030. We are seeking a highly organized and business-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Country Director India in driving strategic priorities, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering alignment across teams. This role serves as a key enabler for the Country Director, providing analytical, organizational, and communication support to help deliver on business objectives efficiently and effectively. Job Description Strategic Execution & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Director, helping shape and execute strategic priorities Translate high-level goals into actionable plans across departments Cross-Functional Coordination and HR Facilitate communication between departments (central, local), ensuring smooth collaboration Serve as a liaison between the Country Director and internal/external stakeholders, in particular toward the India team to facilitate the HR management (people topics, recruitment & onboarding, team dynamic, regular HR topics..) Break down silos and promote synergies within group Project & Operations Oversight Track performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Communication & Culture Filter and prioritize information reaching the Country Director Represent the Country Director in meetings or events when needed Champion the organization’s culture and values Decision Support & Crisis Management Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans Help manage sensitive issues with discretion and tact Executive Support Prepare briefing materials and follow up on action items from meetings Profile MBA or degree from a reputable Business School, with 5 to 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management roles — ideally in an international environment. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory; French is considered a plus. Starting Date: Asap
