Description
With the advent of reasoning models, intelligence has become a commodity. Judgment has not. We are disrupting the $400B management consulting industry by building an AI-native operating system for business decisions. We’ve raised a $10M seed from Tier 1 VCs and are led by founders from Google and top-tier Private Equity/Consulting firms. As our Chief of Staff, you are the "force multiplier" for the CEO and the founding team. You aren’t just an operator; you are a strategic partner responsible for ensuring our vision scales as fast as our technology. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and relentless execution. Why Join Us Seat at the Table: Work directly with the founders on everything from fundraising and team building to product-market fit. High Velocity: We are a small, elite team. You will have more impact here in six months than in six years at a large firm. Operational Ownership: You will build the company's "operating system"—the processes, culture, and hiring engines that define our DNA. Shape the Future of Work: Help us define how AI agents and human judgment coexist in the world’s largest enterprises. What You’ll Do Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives that don’t have a natural home yet—market research for new verticals, pilot program launches, or pricing strategy. Operating Cadence: Own the "drums" of the company. Design and run our leadership meetings, OKR setting, and internal comms to keep the team aligned and moving fast. Founding Team Proxy: Act as a surrogate for the CEO in meetings, synthesizing information and making decisions when the founders are deep in product or sales. GTM & Growth: Partner with the founders to build our early sales pipeline, manage relationships with Tier 1 VCs, and prepare for our Series A. Talent & Culture: Help us find and close the next 10 "Founding" level hires. Define what excellence looks like in an AI-first organization. You Might Be a Great Fit If Mindset & Style: The "Swiss Army Knife": You are a high-agency generalist who can jump from a financial model to a customer interview to a hiring plan without losing momentum. Low Ego, High Output: You care about the outcome, not the credit. You are willing to do whatever it takes to unblock the team. Strategic Synthesizer: You can take "messy" thoughts from a whiteboard and turn them into a crisp, actionable plan. Consulting/Finance Pedigree: You likely spent 2-4 years at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Goldman, etc.) or a high-growth startup and realized you want to build the disruption, not just slide-deck it. Experience & Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication—you can tell a story that moves investors and candidates alike. Analytical rigor: You are comfortable with data and can build the models to back up strategic bets. Project management mastery: You never let a ball drop. Willing to work 3 days a week out of our San Francisco office. Who You Will Work With Our founders bring deep technology experience (Google-scale systems serving hundreds of millions of users) and domain expertise in high-stakes business decisions from top consulting and private equity firms. You will be the glue that connects these two worlds. Why This Matters The biggest frontier in enterprise AI is judgment at scale. While our engineers build the "Claude Code for consultants," you will build the company that delivers it to the world. You won't just manage a calendar; you’ll help architect the future of how global business decisions are made.
Responsibilities
