Location: San Francisco (100% In-Office) Experience: 3+ years Giga builds and deploys AI support agents for the largest B2C companies in the world. Enterprises like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations problems, dramatically improving their resolution rate while also accelerating their operations roadmap from years to months. Our mission is to reprogram each of the world’s largest companies using AI, reaching every person on Earth. About the Role You’ll operate as a force multiplier to the CEO, keeping him focused on the highest-leverage work, running core operating rhythms, and owning cross-functional projects that don’t have a natural home yet. This is a hands-on, generalist role that blends lightweight program management, strategic thinking, and follow-through. You’ll bounce between preparing the CEO for key meetings, driving high-priority initiatives across teams, and stepping in when he's unavailable. Who You Are You have a strong bias to action. You have broad strategic knowledge, and operations strength. You feel comfortable being a trusted representative of the executive team both internally and externally.
