Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff (Office of the President) at Karat, you will serve as a strategic partner for the company’s Co-Founder & President, helping to drive the initiatives listed above. You will have a deep influence on the company’s success through involvement in organizational strategy and operations, product launches, and key clients and partnerships.

  • Manage operational excellence in support of the objectives of this office.

    • Help set strategic goals and objectives, including critical sales and ship targets, ruthlessly prioritizing to ensure key objectives are met.
  • Manage meeting cadence and agenda to ensure information flows effectively across the company.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the President, and manage follow-up actions and next steps.
  • Work closely with the President’s direct reports to help move projects forward and ensure teams are well-prepared for meetings.
  • Serve as a strategic thought-partner and operational executor for Karat’s President on a wide range of projects that cut across the business, including supporting client relationships and deals throughout the Go To Market Lifecycle.
  • Support with communications, public appearances, client engagement, and other external commitments.
  • Manage special projects that cut across various business teams’ work as needed.
