Description:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environment (Consulting, Start-up etc.) or 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner who wants to go the next step (professional experience in People & Org/HR topics is appreciated but not needed).
  • Track record in managing cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Passion for people and organizational topics and the ambition to build the world’s best organization (experience in change management and driving cultural transformation initiatives is appreciated).
  • Talent for strategic thinking and analysing situations, with the ability to simplify complex information and come up with practical recommendations.
  • Great communication and people skills, enabling you to build relationships and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholder to have an impact on the business
  • A good intuition for people as well as an analytical mind to analyse data
  • Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once.
  • You can work independently and take the lead, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Emma’s Chief People & Org Officer to drive the People & Organization strategy and execute initiatives to bring Emma as an organization to the next level.
  • Develop and execute strategic projects for our People and the Organisation related topics, such as performance assessment, compensation, workforce management & planning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders from all departments and drive cross-departmental projects that have an impact on almost 1000 employees across the globe.
  • Act as part of your job as a strategic Business Partner to get first-hand insights on the impact of your strategic projects for the business and the people who drive it.
