ABOUT REALTY OF AMERICA

Realty of America is one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in the country, focused on innovation, agent empowerment, and national expansion. We are a mission-driven organization committed to redefining the modern real estate experience for agents and clients alike.
We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO, and help drive the execution of our most important initiatives during this pivotal stage of growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor, operator, and force multiplier for the CEO. You’ll help streamline operations, lead key cross-functional initiatives, manage executive priorities, and ensure smooth communication and execution across the company.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle ambiguity, and is passionate about operational excellence, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–8 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, executive support, or project leadership
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or working in a high-growth startup or real estate environment is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and act with urgency and sound judgment
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion with confidential matters
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort in project management tools and CRM platforms
  • A strong “get-it-done” mentality and bias for action
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO to execute strategic priorities and translate vision into action
  • Drive high-level projects from concept to execution across multiple departments
  • Manage internal communication flow to and from the CEO, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Lead preparation for executive meetings, board updates, speaking engagements, and presentations
  • Run leadership meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action item follow-ups
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and work with teams to improve processes
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitor and track performance metrics on company initiatives
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when necessary
