Drive execution of annual priorities and enterprise goals. Prepare key meeting materials and communication for the CEO. Coordinate Board and governance processes for effective leadership. Facilitate alignment on strategy and operating priorities across executives. Track cross-functional initiatives and resolve conflicts. Establish strong management discipline and track performance metrics. Support culture building and trust within the organization. Requirements 15+ years of experience in executive support, strategy, or operations. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong business judgment and experience in fast-paced environments. Ability to drive execution across teams without formal authority. Experience with organizational transformation preferred.
