Summary: The Channel Chief of Staff acts as the right-hand strategic execution partner to the Channel Leader, bridging vision and execution across the Channel and Communities. This role translates multi-year channel priorities into actionable plans, operating mechanisms, milestones, and performance metrics, ensuring measurable progress across advisor growth, operational efficiency, and integration initiatives.  The Chief of Staff drives the channel’s annual and quarterly planning, supports budgeting, forecasting, and people-plan alignment, and ensures strategic initiatives are delivered on scope, time, and budget through strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined follow-through. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Alignment & Operating Cadence •    Translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps with initiatives, owners, milestones, risks, and KPIs/OKRs. •    Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles and ensure cross-functional and in-channel alignment. •    Build and implement operating mechanisms connecting strategy to execution. •    Establish accountability, escalate risks or slippage, and recommend remediation plans. Channel Delivery, Governance & Cross-Functional Execution •    Lead change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and scalability. •    Coordinate and escalate with operations, service, risk, supervision, and technology teams. •    Ensure delivery of strategic initiatives on scope, time, and budget. Business Intelligence, Reporting & Org Health Insights •    Develop and leverage business intelligence to drive growth, productivity, and profitability. •    Design and implement org health dashboards and feedback loops. •    Track and report progress against KPIs and strategic outcomes. •    Identify opportunities for automation and OPEX and cost-to-serve reduction. Budgeting, Forecasting & People Plan Enablement •    Support channel budgeting, forecasting, and planning. •    Manage channel budget related to recruiting, attrition, and strategic programs. •    Partner with FP&A and HR to align the annual budget and people plan with channel strategy. Growth Enablement, M&A & Integration Execution •    Support onboarding and integration of acquired practices.  •    Provide financial and operational insights to support growth initiatives. Communications & Advisor/Client Engagement •    Design and execute a communications strategy supporting strategic initiatives. •    Deliver customized internal and external channel communications. •    Prepare executive-ready materials for meetings, offsites, and conferences. Required Qualifications:  •    Bachelor’s Degree. •    15+ years of directly related experience, including financial consulting. •    Financial Services experience •    Proven strength in strategy execution and cross-functional leadership. •    Strong executive communication and analytical skills.
