The Chief of Staff will serve as an Executive Business Partner to the Leadership team. The position will cover Administrative Support, Office Operations and have Human Resource components. This position will be onsite day to day with flexibility if the leadership is not in town. Must have supported C-Suite leadership, handle world travel. and worked with a Board of DIrectors previously. You would be considered the “Wizard behind the curtain”. The Chief of Staff will have a variety of duties and challenges everyday. Must pivot direction when new issues arise. Looking for 7 plus years experience and be degreed. Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the C-suite, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and manage complex international travel arrangements for leadership team members.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and clear board presentations and reports.
  • Oversee the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for executive meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and the board of directors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and monitor expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in submissions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and performance management systems.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by addressing and resolving any administrative challenges.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of communication materials to support leadership objectives.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and address emerging issues with a solution-focused approach.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or human resources.
  • Proven expertise in managing international travel logistics and executive-level meetings.
  • Strong experience in preparing and presenting materials for board meetings.
  • Familiarity with human resources administration and performance management processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a detail-oriented demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
