Description

Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance—empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. We’re seeking a highly strategic and operationally savvy Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer.
This senior-level role is equal parts strategist, operator, and trusted advisor. You’ll be the CRO’s right hand—driving execution on revenue priorities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and creating the operational rhythm that keeps our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization firing on all cylinders.
At Siteimprove, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we grow—partnering with sales, marketing, customer success, and enablement teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence strategy, streamline operations, and help the CRO focus on what matters most.
We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t check every single box. If you’re energized by the idea of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.
