Collaborate with various teams to support business planning and operational processes.
Analyze data and prepare engagements focused on customers, shareholders, and employees.
Track progress on division-wide objectives and ensure execution of action items.
What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in financial services, professional services, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and financial analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling with data.
Proven ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities effectively.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools such as Tableau.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

About the Role: The Chief of Staff (CoS) works directly for the Co-Presidents of Commodity Insights, supporting the overall effectiveness and organization of the office of the President both internally and externally. The CoS is at the heart of a $2.3B+ business with approximately 6,000 colleagues around the world. This critical role on the CI leadership team provides thought partnership to the Co-Presidents and delivers excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment.
