  • Proven success in a project coordination role

Responsibilities

Currently Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Chief of Staff located in Lively, ON. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Chief of Staff will be responsible to help the CEO achieve sharp gains in productivity and impact. The role of Chief of Staff is fast-paced and the tasks are very dynamic, depending heavily on the needs of the executives and the organization. Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist the CEO in all aspects of his day-to-day administrative activities including: calendar management, scheduling business trips, producing reports/briefs/emails/memos, and managing expenses
  • Support the CEO in preparation for corporate meetings, board meetings and events with key external stakeholders, strategic partners, and customers
  • Support the Senior Executive team to prioritize business strategies and growth opportunities
  • Planning all aspects of large meetings, working with other departments to execute small details
  • Determining the best way to track performance and keep teams on track towards their goals
  • Serving on special projects/committees and acting as the executive’s delegate when required
  • Anticipate and proactively manage business matters requiring immediate attention with sound judgement in a way that aligns with the overall strategy and values of the CEO and organization
