Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 6 12 years of professional experience with a strong track record of leading strategic or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, executive office, or commercial leadership within a multinational organization is highly desirable.
• Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is an advantage but not essential.
