Your tasks:

• You actively shape the strategy for the corporate customer business and consistently align it with the overarching corporate strategy.
• You strategically develop existing business areas and design new, future-proof business areas.
• You identify new market and business opportunities, assess market, competitive and regulatory frameworks, and derive clear recommendations for action.
• You will contribute to the development of a holistic, customer- and market-oriented strategy for the corporate customer business and establish a consistent strategy process.
• You create and evaluate business field and pricing strategies, business plans, as well as market, trend and competitive analyses.
• You will accompany the development of new business areas up to operational implementation – also in cooperation with strategic partners and collaborations.
• You work closely and in a spirit of trust with internal interfaces such as sales, product management and corporate strategy, and promote a collaborative way of working.
• Furthermore, you will take on the professional leadership of project teams, set clear priorities and ensure the quality of the work results.

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience – ideally from management consulting, business development or a strategy unit.
• You have experience working with interdisciplinary teams and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder structures.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognize market opportunities early on, and evaluate them strategically and thoroughly.
• You have solid experience in strategy development as well as in trend, market and competitive analysis and in project and innovation management.
• You combine your analytical and conceptual skills with clear strategic judgment.
• You confidently structure complex issues, prepare them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, and present them convincingly – with assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.
• You work independently, show high initiative, are goal-oriented and reliable.
• You are characterized by a strong customer focus, reliability, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have a confident demeanor, possess intercultural sensitivity, and act with assurance when dealing with different stakeholder groups.
