Salary Range: $216K to 249K*
*New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the CEO, Vibrant’s inaugural Chief of Staff has the exciting opportunity to join the organization during a time of growth and change. The Chief of Staff will support the implementation of an organizational transformation while simultaneously driving short- and long-term change management in a rapidly growing organization. This will include serving as a strategic advisor, assuming day-to-day responsibility for special projects, and facilitating cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Mission & Values Alignment: Deep belief in the mission and vision of Vibrant Emotional Health.
- Executive & Organizational Leadership: Phenomenal organizational leader with a track record of working with and through other executive leaders to organize and align strategic priorities and execute decisions, preferably in an organization experiencing significant growth or change. Leadership experience must include supporting effective change management, enhancing decision making processes, managing cross-functional organization-wide projects, and setting clear priorities, goals, and road maps at the enterprise level to ensure sustainability and support capacity.
- Chief of Staff Expertise: Experience supporting executive management teams, with a track record of supporting leadership teams to streamline operational efficiency and effectiveness at a growing organization. Demonstrated track record of utilizing metrics and analytics to inform and influence decisions. Strong listening and communication skills and results driven project planner.
- System and Processes Development and Implementation: Experience leading the successful development of systems and processes to effectively and efficiently project manage competing priorities and that scale with an organization during periods of growth.
- Culture & Change Leadership: Experience engaging with diverse staff and leadership to promote trust, teamwork, collaboration, and engagement across departments and levels of leadership to advance culture change during times of growth. Outstanding, transparent communicator with the ability to support effective internal communications and change management initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience and 5+ supporting C-level executive leaders and organizational objectives
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Jira, Asana
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and potential roadblocks
