To win, our Leadership Team must operate as a single unit, with clarity of priorities, sharper execution, and organizational systems that grow with us. The Chief of Staff would be a senior operator and integrator who ensures that strategy translates into action across the company. This role frees up the CEO and LT to focus on the highest-impact decisions while creating the conditions for Vio to move faster, smarter, and more cohesively.
