REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Strategy, Finance, or Operations (SaaS or consulting preferred). Experience in legal and/or recruiting is a strong plus.
  • Education: Top-tier degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Skills: Strong in analytics and problem solving, financial modeling, process optimization, communication with senior stakeholders, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Mindset: Hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping Workpath’s profitable growth journey.
You will work closely with our Managing Directors Stephanie and Johannes to define and execute our company strategy, drive key initiatives across functions, and ensure seamless operations and communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy and execution: Support our Managing Directors Stephanie and Johannes in defining our strategy, steering strategy execution, defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives, and progress tracking. Drive financial strategy and planning, support fundraising and work closely with our Finance team to maintain financial oversight.
  • Special Projects: Lead strategic and operational projects across functions, in areas like Finance & RevOps, Business Operations, Sales or Customer Success to drive profitable growth and ensure scalability.
  • Legal: Own our legal function, coordinate with external lawyers, ensure compliance, and manage contractual agreements.
  • Governance and leadership: Own and run our operating model, act as a liaison between executives, teams and investors, work directly with our board.
  • Recruiting: Work closely with the People team to drive recruitment for key hires and ensure alignment with company strategy and growth targets.
