Summary The Chief of Staff serves as the central point of coordination for a high-profile family’s real estate portfolio and household operations. This role ensures seamless communication between the family, property managers, and house staff, while overseeing strategic projects, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency. The Chief of Staff will manage priorities, streamline processes, and maintain confidentiality in all matters. Key Responsibilities · Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residences, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance. · Supervise and coordinate house staff, including scheduling, performance, and training. · Manage household budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts. · Coordinate property management activities, renovations, and maintenance projects. · Liaise with real estate agents, contractors, and service providers. · Track timelines and budgets for property-related initiatives. · Act as a trusted advisor to the family, managing priorities and sensitive information. · Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic updates for decision-making. · Handle complex calendars, travel logistics, and event planning. · Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners. · Ensure smooth communication between family members, staff, and vendors. · Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency across household and real estate operations. · Monitor compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality standards. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. · 7+ years of experience in executive support, household management, or real estate operations. · Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. · Excellent communication and discretion in handling confidential matters. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software preferred.
