REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of leadership experience in senior living and skilled nursing operations.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare compliance, and healthcare governance.
Proven ability to lead multi-site teams, manage budgets, and drive quality improvements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee multi-site operations across our senior living and skilled nursing facilities. This role requires strategic leadership, compliance expertise, and a passion for driving operational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to CMS guidelines, Medicaid/Medicare policies, and state regulations.
Operational Leadership: Oversee staffing, training, and performance across all facilities.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a safe, effective, and well-led senior living and skilled nursing environment.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and resources effectively to support growth and sustainability.
Strategic Expansion: Lead initiatives to enhance services, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
