About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee Artin’s operations and organizational growth. The COO will direct company-wide operations, develop performance systems, and partner with senior leadership to align business goals with execution. This role is essential in driving growth across multiple rental verticals, shaping company culture, and representing Artin Properties to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and evaluate the company’s overall operations, establishing policies and processes that support strategic goals.
  • Oversee short-, mid-, and long-term rental operations, ensuring profitability and performance across business units.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, mentor department heads, and establish organizational performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement policies, training, and professional development programs that support employee engagement and company culture.
  • Allocate resources, approve budgets, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and partnerships with external stakeholders, clients, and investors.
  • Report regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Several years of progressive leadership experience in operations, hospitality, or property management.
  • Experience with hospitality, property management, and prop-tech solutions, with the ability to integrate technology into business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, implement organizational systems, and drive business growth.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience representing organizations in client, partner, or investor relations.
