This role will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally as a COO or Director of Operations within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multi-location operations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving business performance.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with executives, managers, and frontline staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor restaurant managers and senior leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine business strategies, expansion plans, and operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives to drive profitability.
- Streamline systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations across all locations.
- Oversee hiring, training, and retention strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline within the company.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging with operational capabilities.
- Identify and implement technology and process improvements to drive innovation and operational excellence.
