This role is not about high-level strategy alone; it’s about making sure the strategy works in practice. You will act as the bridge between the CEO’s vision and the operational reality of our teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate the CEO’s vision and strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.Build, document, and refine scalable systems, processes, and SOPs across all departments.Ensure consistent execution and high standards across the organization, holding managers accountable for performance.Identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions proactively.Align multiple departments (membership, training, group fitness, facilities, and operations) toward shared goals.Recruit, mentor, and develop managers to elevate their critical thinking, planning, and execution skills.Monitor KPIs, track progress, and report on operational performance to the CEO.Act as a stabilizing force, removing obstacles and ensuring priorities are clear and achievable.QualificationsProven experience in a senior operational leadership role (COO, GM, Director of Operations, or similar), ideally in multi-unit, hospitality, fitness, or health-focused businesses.Exceptional ability to implement systems, enforce accountability, and ensure follow-through.Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational capability.Demonstrated success in aligning teams, driving execution, and scaling operations.Excellent financial acumen, including managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation.Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a “no-excuses” mindset.Who We’re Looking ForA highly disciplined operator who can convert ideas into results.Someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and process improvement.A calm, steady leader who ensures execution is flawless and teams are aligned.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesComplimentary membership to Fitometry Health ClubOpportunities for growth as the company scales
