QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 20+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of road, air, ocean, and contract logistics operations within the European region.
  • Proven track record of driving results and continuous improvement within European logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Europe.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO.

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing operational team focused on European operations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives tailored to the European market.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks for business continuity within Europe.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders operating within the European region.
  • Implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency specifically for European operations.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics within the European context.
