What Your Mission Is: The (Job title) will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. You will lead the charge in transforming operational challenges into competitive advantages. This means establishing clear metrics, implementing process improvements, and creating a culture of accountability where every team member understands how their work contributes to company success. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to set strategic direction while ensuring flawless execution on the ground. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, coaching team leaders to elevate performance, implementing technology solutions that drive efficiency, and making tough decisions that protect profitability. You will be the operational backbone of Maven Advantage, ensuring that as we grow in revenue, we also grow in capability and margin. This role offers significant upside potential tied directly to company performance. As you drive EBITDA improvement through operational excellence, your compensation grows proportionally—rewarding not just activity, but measurable value creation. What Qualifications you will need: Proven Operational Leadership: You have successfully led operations for a multi-million dollar business, preferably in construction, contracting, or field services. You have taken a company from chaos to clarity, implementing systems that stick and building teams that perform. You can point to specific examples where your operational improvements drove measurable profit growth. Financial Acumen: You understand P&L statements intimately and can translate financial data into actionable operational decisions. You know how to protect margins, reduce waste, and identify the levers that drive profitability. Experience managing to EBITDA targets and understanding the relationship between operational efficiency and bottom-line performance is essential. Systems Thinker: You are obsessed with process improvement and scalability. You have experience implementing operational systems—whether ERP platforms, project management tools, or accountability frameworks—that create consistency and enable growth. You do not just manage day-to-day operations; you build infrastructure that makes the business run better without you.
