• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including regulations and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational excellence.
• Relevant qualifications in business administration, real estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
