1. STRATEGY & INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

• Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute corporate strategy and annual business plans.
• Lead international expansion into new markets, including market entry planning, team setup, and business development.
• Build scalable operating models that can support growth across multiple geographies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of the executive search industry, especially in Technology, Finance, or cross-border recruitment.
• Proven experience in international expansion, market entry, and managing cross-border operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; results-driven and execution-oriented.
