  • Minimum 5–8 years’ UAE experience in the Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting industry.
  • Proven track record in senior operations or executive management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, contracting business models, and UAE Civil Defense procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • UAE Driving License is a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and drive growth in our Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting company. The ideal candidate must have proven senior management experience in the UAE within the same industry and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams, projects, and operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the company across all departments (Projects, Maintenance, Sales, and Finance).
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive business efficiency and profitability through process improvement and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to set business targets and growth plans.
  • Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights to the board.
