We are rapidly growing and evolving to meet the ever-changing security needs of businesses, and we are seeking a seasoned executive to take operational leadership to the next level.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall management and daily operations of Global Asset Security. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing physical security operations and GSOC environments. The COO will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and building a high-performance team. This role reports directly to the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in physical security operations, preferably with GSOC management or national/regional guard force operations.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or COO/VP of Operations role in the security industry.
  • Proven ability to scale operations across multiple locations or regions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, licensing, and compliance in the security industry.
  • Experience implementing and leveraging technology for workforce management, scheduling, and incident reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Background in military, law enforcement, or corporate security leadership.
  • Familiarity with startup or turnaround environments in the security industry.
  • Experience integrating dispatch/command center models with field operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of all company departments including field operations, GSOC, HR, compliance, and client services.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate the CEO’s vision and company strategy into actionable operational plans and performance targets.
  • Scaling Operations: Build and optimize processes, systems, and teams to support scalable growth across existing and new client markets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor regional managers, site supervisors, GSOC personnel, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Client Delivery: Ensure consistent service delivery, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence across all accounts.
  • P&L Ownership: Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial performance across operations to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Technology Enablement: Collaborate with leadership to modernize operational systems, including workforce management, incident reporting, and GSOC technologies.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
