Leadership role on operational resilience group wide. * International Franchise Management Provide end-to-end oversight of GWB’s international branches, ensuring strong performance and governance * Leadership & Talent Agenda Lead and develop high-performing regional teams while fostering a strong risk and performance culture Who We Are Looking For * Senior leader with extensive experience in wholesale banking (treasury and markets, corporate and/or investment banking) * Proven track record in leading large, complex teams across geographies and effective business transformation * Strong expertise in risk management, capital optimisation and business strategy * Ability to operate effectively at senior stakeholder and board/committee level * Forward-looking leader with strong commercial acumen and change leadership capability
