Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with senior management to oversee business operations.

- Works closely with Directors, providing guidance and training.
- Oversees customer satisfaction and its impact on service channels and overall operations.
- Develops and implements strategic operational plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Aligns the organization’s vision with the CEO, CFO, and other Executives.
- Supports the CEO in managing special projects and initiatives.
- Coordinates quarterly Board presentations alongside the CEO.
