Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates closely with senior management to oversee business operations.

  • Works closely with Directors, providing guidance and training.
  • Oversees customer satisfaction and its impact on service channels and overall operations.
  • Develops and implements strategic operational plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Aligns the organization’s vision with the CEO, CFO, and other Executives.
  • Supports the CEO in managing special projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinates quarterly Board presentations alongside the CEO.
