Our client, a prominent British Private Equity company, is seeking a high-calibre senior leader to drive the strategic growth of their diverse portfolio of manufacturing businesses. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an exceptional Chief Operating Officer / Chief Commercial Officer to manage and optimise their existing portfolio, while identifying and acquiring new businesses to fuel future growth.
    This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Directors of the portfolio companies, enhancing operational efficiencies, driving revenue and profitability, and implementing best practices across the board. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full P&L responsibility for 20+ manufacturing companies across the UK.
  • Drive the modernisation, expansion, and growth of all portfolio businesses.
  • Monitor performance, manage risk, and oversee the development of tailored growth strategies for each entity.
  • Hold leadership and management teams accountable for delivering results.
  • Spearhead new acquisitions – aligned with the company’s ambitious growth model.
  • Report to the board and investors regularly, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.
