As Chief Operating Officer - Residential Construction, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on project oversight, staff leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with ownership and lead a team of project managers, site staff, and administrators. This is a strategic and operational leadership role with the potential to grow into a Chief Operating Officer position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 to 7 years of leadership experience in residential construction or construction management
  • Proven experience overseeing field teams, operations, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong understanding of project and business operations in the construction industry
  • Ability to create structure and processes that support scalable growth
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required due to occasional travel between project sites
