We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our healthcare organization. The COO will be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient services, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, while fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our strategic vision and executing initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and exceptional care delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide executive leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and mission.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance across all departments and service lines.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth, operational excellence, and financial sustainability.
  • Implement performance metrics, process improvements, and technology solutions to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and financial leaders to optimize care delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and corporate policies.
  • Lead operational initiatives for cost control, resource allocation, and service expansion while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community leaders.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the CEO and Board on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage change, foster collaboration, and lead organizational growth initiatives.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
