We are fast expanding into other markets with continued focus in the Nordics. We seek an experienced COO to join the management team at our Stockholm office, to accelerate and manage our growth. The Role As the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the entire Operations Team for the organization and be responsible for the success of our customer’s and our business operations. You will lead define and run out operating model, lead our customer engagement and project teams, plan and manage operational deliverables and controls as part of the management group devising and executing our growth strategy. Your Skills / abilities You are a person with an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to find optimal operating models that ensure sustainable business growth with proven ability to manage gross margins in a growing SaaS business You have at least 15+ years of experience in Bank and Finance domain with a minimum of 10 years in leadership positions in banking operations. You have good domain knowledge on consumer and SME banking with knowledge of banking processes. Proven operational excellence in ensuring high SLA compliance for internal or external customers in a financial organization setup. Experience in IT infrastructure oversight from an Operational point of view preferably handling ITSM and IT infra directly or indirectly. Hands on knowledge on cost optimization techniques of Cloud infrastructure Knowledge on Six Sigma / Lean methodologies for operational excellence and Agile (Scrum / Kanban) / PRINCE2 project management methodologies Knowledge on banking compliance – GDPR / PS Directives / DORA among others Understand and assess Risks and provide feedback to Development / Customer Success Teams to protect our customers’ assets. Defining and optimizing SDLC and Support life cycle to suit internal business model and customer success metrics Complete understanding of Service orchestration capabilities and Day 2 operating models for financial institutions You can simplify complex ideas and communicate them in diagramming /writing with clear logical thinking. You are people-oriented person who builds strong relationships with customers and stake holders. You are a person who can connect with the team, identify their strengths and weaknesses, align the team to realize our vision. Thought leadership in current and emerging aspects of Agentic frameworks and how then can deliver exponential value to our customers will be desired. You are fluent in English as the working language; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
