We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our company’s operations while driving long-term growth and scalability. This role combines the operational excellence of a COO with the strategic vision and entrepreneurial mindset of a founder. The ideal candidate will ensure that the organization operates efficiently and effectively while expanding business opportunities and strengthening financial sustainability.

· Bring direct experience of scaling operations across multiple locations or divisions, with a proven track record of measurable business growth (e.g., percentage increases in revenue, expansion into new markets, or operational capacity gains).
