Nofence has developed a cutting-edge virtual fencing system that utilizes advanced GPS technology and intelligent collars to replace traditional physical barriers.
As part of its continued growth and international expansion, Nofence is now looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join the team. This role will be a key part of the management team and overall responsible for Nofence’s supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution as the company continues to scale. This is a cross-functional role, where you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, making sure production and supply chain works frictionless, as well as with Sales and Finance to support Nofence’s further growth and development. As COO you will ensure that the Operations department has the correct competence, tools, and resources to meet overall coming demands.
The challenge in this role will be to take lead in major strategic decisions, making sure the entire supply chain is set up for expansion in terms of volumes, distribution and sales channels, geography and quality. It is important for the new COO to have a technical understanding and experience from hardware manufacturing processes, to set up and improve processes for mass production through partners.
The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset in addition to a strong background in process and technical manufacturing industries and is also passionate about the opportunity to further advance sustainable agriculture on a global scale.
