About the Role At Sokna We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our company’s operational performance. This senior executive role is the backbone of execution — translating strategy into structured, data‑driven operations across all functions. The COO will drive organizational excellence through strong leadership, scalable systems, and performance management, while serving as a key representative of the company. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency Translate company strategy into clear operational plans and execution frameworks Design scalable organizational structures, processes, and workflows Implement KPI frameworks and performance management systems Mentor and develop department heads, building a high‑performance culture Drive digital transformation and system automation initiatives Align operations with commercial, marketing, and strategic functions Represent the company externally with professionalism and operational excellence Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations or business management Proven track record in building structured processes and enhancing efficiency Strong leadership and team development capabilities Advanced knowledge of KPI frameworks, analytics, and operational systems Experience in system integration, automation, and cross‑functional operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Professional certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management) are a plus Very good command of English (written & spoken) Competitive basic salary Social insurance Medical insurance Flexible working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Weekends: Friday & Saturday
