The CPO will lead the people strategy of the organization, ensuring that culture, employee relations, human resources, and talent development are aligned with Care Alliance’s Mission and Vision.

At Care Alliance, our Mission and Vision are more than statements — they are the foundation of everything we do. They guide how we care for patients, support our staff, and make decisions. • Our Mission: To transform lives by providing exceptional, accessible, and compassionate healthcare experiences for all.

We are committed to advocacy, equity, and excellence, ensuring every patient receives the care they deserve with dignity, respect, and unwavering support.

This leader will design and implement people strategies that strengthen our culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure Care Alliance remains both a provider of choice and an employer of choice in Northeast Ohio.
