Position Overview LLH is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and evolve our people function during a critical phase of growth. The CPO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive human capital strategy that aligns with LLH’s mission, values, and business objectives. This leader will drive organizational effectiveness, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure that LLH attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep expertise in talent strategy, culture building, and organizational design. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership * Develop and execute a holistic people strategy aligned with LLH’s long-term business goals * Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all talent and culture matters * Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies Talent & Culture * Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture * Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, and retention initiatives Organizational Effectiveness * Drive performance management systems that support accountability and growth * Lead change management efforts during periods of transformation and scale * Establish metrics and analytics to inform people-related decision-making Employee Experience * Enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall experience * Ensure competitive compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies * Promote transparent communication and strong internal alignment HR Operations & Compliance * Oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations * Modernize HR systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability * Manage risk related to employment practices and organizational policies Qualifications * 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior/executive roles * Proven experience as a business leader in a growing organization * Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business outcomes * Demonstrated success in culture transformation and organizational scaling * Expertise across talent management, compensation, and HR operations * Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills * Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or HR-related) preferred Key Competencies * Strategic thinker with execution focus * High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills * Data-driven decision-maker * Change leadership and adaptability * Integrity and sound judgment
