Responsibilities
  • Manages Human Resources, Employee Health, Employee Pharmacy, and Magnolia Learning Institute departments
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s employee benefit package
  • Investigates complex employee-related claims and serves as the organization’s HR representative
  • Wage and salary administration
  • Maintains knowledge of employment law and counsel directors to minimize hospitals’ legal exposure
  • Communicates with employees and leaders about changes to existing or new policies, benefits information, etc..
  • Facilitates crucial conversations between leaders and employees
  • Compiles and presents various human resources informational reports
  • Creates and maintains various required report
