Position Summary: SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions (SBS) is seeking a visionary executive to serve as Chief People Officer. This role will champion strategic planning, organizational transformation, and executive-level talent development to ensure SBS scales with intention, integrity, and innovation. As a trusted advisor to the founders, you will formalize our long-range goals, build people systems from the ground up, and drive alignment across HR, operations, d strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: People Strategy & HR Leadership • Serve as SBS’s senior-most HR executive, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle. • Build a compliant and scalable HR infrastructure using BambooHR and other appropriate systems. • Lead all areas of HR: performance management, total rewards, compliance, workforce planning, culture, and employee engagement. • Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance, including Affirmative Action Plans, I-9, and COBRA. Strategic Planning & Execution • Guide the Executive Team in developing and implementing a 3-to-5-year strategic roadmap for SBS. • Break down organizational vision into department-level tactical plans with KPIs. • Establish a dynamic dashboard to monitor milestones, metrics, and executive accountability. Organizational Effectiveness • Assess and optimize SBS’s current organizational structure. • Build systems for leadership development, cross-functional communication, and decisionmaking. • Drive operational alignment between HR, Finance, Quality, L&D, and Facilities departments. Executive Recruitment & Succession Planning • Define organizational talent gaps and lead executive recruitment (Director of Operations, Finance, etc.). • Create SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and strategic workforce development. • Build a career architecture and succession pipeline for emerging leaders. Data-Driven Decision-Making • Use data analytics and predictive modeling to support organizational growth and performance. • Support automation, data integrity, and actionable reporting across functions. • Leverage systems like BambooHR, Power BI, and Tableau to inform strategic decisions. Leadership Coaching & Cultural Stewardship • Act as an internal coach to managers and key personnel, elevating leadership across SBS. • Champion SBS’s RICE values: Respect, Integrity, Customer-Centered and Excellence. • Shape and sustain an intentional culture rooted in performance, accountability, and inclusion. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level experience in strategic planning, human resources leadership, or organizational development, ideally within start-up or growth-phase environments. • Proven success in designing and scaling HR and strategic infrastructures, including performance systems, workforce planning, and leadership development. • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent executive HR certifications preferred; additional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Strategic Workforce Planning are a plus. • Demonstrated expertise in executive advising, long-range planning, and cross-functional alignment between people, strategy, and business outcomes. • Familiarity with HR technologies such as BambooHR or equivalent HRIS platforms, with practical experience in people analytics, DEI frameworks, and decision-making based on data and culture insights. • Ability to translate organizational vision into actionable growth and talent strategies at the executive level. Optional Qualifications • Master’s degree in Human Resources or an Executive Master’s in HR, strongly focusing on strategic leadership, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of educational qualifications.
