We are looking to appoint a Chief Product Officer who will help define a bold product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives of our Design Division. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization of all products in the Division.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years in product leadership roles within software, ARR, or SaaS companies
Deep understanding of the construction tech industry
Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation and successful launches
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the product management and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
Segment customers and ensure that value propositions have a clear product market fit
Work across brands to see what elements can be built together like UI, data lake etc and the rest can be handled like APIs
Collaborate with software engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs
Prioritize product features and allocate resources to maximize customer value and business growth
Monitor and analyze key product metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement
Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting product vision and value
Collaborate with various brands and jointly recommend simplification of product and brand architecture
Ensure products are differentiated in the market and leverage emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
