Join Us as Chief Product Owner - CRM What’s the role?  Institutional Banking | Data, Digital & AI Westpac Institutional Bank is investing in a next-generation CRM platform to transform how we manage and grow relationships with corporate and institutional clients. We are seeking a Chief Product Owner – CRM to define and lead this critical capability at the intersection of data, digital, and AI. Reporting to the GM, Data, Digital & AI, this role owns the end-to-end vision, strategy, and delivery of an enterprise CRM that becomes the system of engagement for bankers and a foundational asset for client insight, growth, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:  * Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap for relationship-managed clients  * Lead end-to-end delivery of a scalable, AI-ready CRM platform  * Create a single, trusted view of client—driving data quality, governance, and integration across core systems  * Embed actionable insights and next-best actions directly into banker workflows  * Drive adoption and behavioural change across frontline teams  * Partner across business, risk, compliance, and technology to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact outcomes  * Manage key technology vendors and platform partners What do I need?  * Proven experience leading CRM or complex data/digital products in a regulated environment  * Deep understanding of institutional banking / corporate client lifecycle  * Strong product ownership capability—strategy, prioritisation, and execution at scale  * Experience delivering large transformation programs (agile environments)  * Expertise in data platforms, governance, and client data management  * Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to influence at executive level  * Exposure to AI-enabled use cases and embedding insights into workflows   Create your future today  To get started, simply click on the APPLY or APPLY NOW button  We’re all about creating a supportive and inclusive community.
