The Right Leader We’re looking for someone who: Is people-centred, driving outcomes through collaboration Balances strategy and tactical execution Thrives in complex, distributed, regulated environments Embraces learning, challenge, and growth We understand you want to work with smart, capable teams, solve meaningful problems, and leave a lasting impact. That’s exactly what this role offers. Your Experience Essential: 10+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years at CTO/VP Engineering level Proven B2B SaaS product strategy delivering measurable business outcomes Experience scaling teams through high-growth phases (20–100+ employees) Distributed team leadership across multiple locations AWS/cloud architecture and SOC 2 compliance experience Hands-on technical capability: architecture decisions, code reviews, complex problem-solving AI/ML adoption leadership Executive presence working with CEOs and Boards Bonus: B2B SaaS in fintech, document management, or financial services Mortgage/commercial lending technology experience AI/ML in production (LLMs, document intelligence, workflow automation) Product management frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, continuous discovery) Why FileInvite Mission-driven: People-first company improving lives through product and culture Real impact: Shape product and technology direction with meaningful autonomy Growth stage: Funded with aggressive US expansion Compensation: Executive-level package including performance bonus and equity Flexibility: 3 days in-office, flexible hours, sustainable pace (~2 weeks/year travel) Supportive environment: We value your time, expertise, and focus, and remove blockers so you can drive outcomes If you’re motivated by building something substantial and leaving things better than you found them, we’d like to talk. 📞 021 267 4995 | ✉️ j.reardon@fileinvite.com No recruitment agencies please
