Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization? As the Chief Project Manager for 1(German/Netherlands) Corps, you will hold the senior leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of the command’s most critical CIS (Communications and Information Systems) projects. You will define strategic project direction, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and ensure the technical implementation of systems that underpin both peacetime operations and deployed missions. This role demands an authoritative leader who can navigate the intersection of advanced technology, rigorous NATO standards, and multinational coordination to directly enhance the Corps’ operational readiness and digital capability. Responsibilities: Develop project plans, define project scope and analyse project risks ICCW internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordinate planning, execution and monitoring of projects, technical implementation and configuration of CIS within 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL), including and if required in the deployed related domains, ICCW staff branches, subordinate units, external national and international agencies and contractors. Advise staff in general on information systems and technology matters concerning organisation and information supply. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Proven workingexperience in a multi-national environment. Proven experience in executing management functions within project management Proven experience in budget management Certificate in ITIL Foundation. Certificate in Prince 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced English skills Nice to have: Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO) is preferred. Working experience in military divisional or corps environmen is preferred. University or bachelor degree in communications and/or information science is preferred. Certification in Business Administration is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206) is preferred. MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336) is preferred. Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
