- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role focusing on sales, business development, or revenue generation, ideally in healthcare, tech, language or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial management, sales operations, and revenue optimization.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with product and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to influence business strategy.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and proficiency in analyzing sales data and financial reports.
- Experience in or knowledge of the healthcare, public procurement, or pharmaceutical industries is a valuable asset.
- Startup or scale-up experience brings an advantage in navigating high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead all aspects of revenue generation at Care to Translate, working across sales, marketing, business development, and financial planning. Your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying and executing on new business opportunities and optimizing existing revenue streams. You will work closely with the CEO, product teams, and commercial team to align strategy, ensure customer success, and expand our reach globally, particularly in healthcare, pharma, and language service sectors.
