Description
About the role We’re looking for a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Aftermarket teams as we redefine the future of electric mobility. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role — ideal for a bold, data-driven, and creative commercial leader who can build a brand, drive revenue, and inspire a movement. As part of the executive leadership team, the CRO will shape our go-to-market strategy, lead customer engagement from first contact through long-term ownership, and scale our business as we enter our next phase of growth. What you'll do Commercial Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy that connects sales, marketing, and aftermarket operations to drive growth and profitability. Partner with the CEO and executive team to define the company’s vision, market positioning, and revenue roadmap. Set ambitious targets for sales volume, market share, and customer lifetime value — and deliver measurable results. Sales Leadership Build and lead the global sales organization across direct, retail, and fleet channels. Design and implement effective sales models — including digital, dealership, and partnership-driven approaches. Manage pricing, volume forecasting, and customer pipeline to ensure consistent business growth. Establish performance metrics, training programs, and incentive systems for the sales team. Marketing & Brand Development Build a powerful, authentic brand that connects emotionally with customers and stands out in the EV space. Lead all marketing functions including brand, digital, performance marketing, PR, and product launches. Create integrated campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and convert customers. Use analytics and market insights to refine strategies, optimize spend, and increase ROI. Aftermarket & Customer Experience Oversee the end-to-end customer ownership journey — from delivery to service and beyond. Develop aftermarket programs that drive loyalty, including service networks, parts distribution, and customer care initiatives. Implement systems to capture feedback, improve service quality, and enhance the ownership experience. Build partnerships that expand service coverage and elevate customer satisfaction. Leadership & Culture Hire, lead, and inspire a high-performing commercial team that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure consistent execution and customer focus. Champion innovation, agility, and accountability within the commercial organization. Qualifications Experience & Background 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally in automotive, EV, or high-tech industries. Proven record of building and scaling brands, launching products, and driving measurable business growth. Experience managing aftermarket or service operations is highly preferred. Startup or scale-up experience a strong plus — comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment. Skills & Traits Strategic visionary with hands-on execution ability. Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital channels, and data-driven marketing. Inspirational leader who builds teams and culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Passion for sustainability, design, and the transformation of mobility. What We Offer Competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and equity participation. Health, dental, and retirement benefits. Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in one of the fastest-growing EV companies. A collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven environment.
