ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). We’re a young, fast-paced, and ambitious team in the middle of an important strategic transformation, with significant challenges and many exciting opportunities ahead.
As CRO, you are the strategic force behind all revenue-generating functions at Qualifio: Sales, CSM, Marketing, Studio, and Revenue Operations. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO and the Managers you’ll architect scalable growth strategies that align teams, tools, and tactics and ensure long-term profitability.
This is more than a leadership role, it’s your chance to take part in shaping the future of our company.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Experience as CRO, VP or similar, with a proven track record in SaaS and/or MarTech.
  • Passionate about helping customers grow
  • Experience scaling a company through growth stages, ideally within a B2B context.
  • A generalist mindset with strong foundations in both marketing and sales.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you lead with inspiration and commitment while remaining hands-on to ensure results.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
  • Analytical and data-savvy—comfortable navigating complex metrics to shape strategy.
  • Demonstrated success with enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes.
