The Role This is a senior commercial leadership role with full ownership of Sales and Account Management, responsible for revenue growth across the UK, EU and US. You’ll lead, coach and scale a growing commercial team, owning GTM structure, pricing, forecasting and expansion strategy. This is not a pure closing role - success comes from building a high-performing, repeatable revenue engine, not being the top seller. You’ll step into deals where it matters (enterprise pricing, RFPs, complex negotiations) and play a key role in international expansion and long-term commercial planning. You are: Team-first and coaching-led, you develop people, not just pipelines Commercially sharp with strong consultative selling instincts Comfortable with complexity, enterprise deals, pricing, RFPs, long cycles Clear, confident and collaborative in how you communicate Hands-on when needed, but focused on scale and structure Pragmatic and positive, with no time for corporate theatre Key Responsibilities:Revenue & Growth Own Sampl’s revenue performance and commercial targets Balance new logo acquisition with expansion across existing accounts Build predictable pipeline generation, qualification and forecasting Increase enterprise-level AM maturity and multi-market relationships Leadership & Team Development Lead Sales, Account Management, RevOps and Lead Gen functions Deliver structured coaching via regular 1:1s and team sessions Raise standards across discovery, consultative selling and AM Create a supportive, accountable, high-performance culture Commercial Operations Own pricing, proposals and RFPs, reducing reliance on the CEO Drive adoption of Gong, MEDDPICC and forecasting disciplines Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene and workflows Turn Lead Gen into a high-output, sales-led function GTM & Expansion Lead EU and US go-to-market strategy Shape ICPs, category positioning and commercial playbooks Support multilingual hiring (German, French, Spanish) Advise on scalable commercial org design Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing on messaging, case studies and pitches Influence Product with client insight and commercial intelligence Experience & SkillsEssential 10-15 years in senior B2B Sales / AM leadership roles Experience selling into FMCG, CPG, D2C, Beauty, Pet, Health or MarTech Strong background in consultative, enterprise or agency-style selling Experience leading teams of 6–15+ in high-growth environments Strong experience with RFPs, pricing and complex deal cycles Familiar with Salesforce, Gong (or similar), MEDDICC/MEDDPICC Desirable Experience scaling revenue in the EU and/or US Background in sampling, retail media or data-led marketing German, French or Spanish (or experience hiring multilingual teams) Why Join Sampl?
